After an illustrious career in fine-dining establishments around the world, Michael was determined to share his passion for gastronomy with children, both in school dinners and cookery clubs. He was loved and valued by the school community and is sorely missed. This book was a huge, collaborative effort, with countless volunteers giving up their time to offer their expertise.
