Sita will be dedicating copies - order by 20th June!

Join authors Michael Rosen and Sita Brahmachari in conversation with The Children's Bookshop at this special online event for Refugee Week, recommended for children aged nine and over.

Filled with light, love and birdsong, Swallow's Kiss is a wonderfully uplifting story that explores the common threads that connect our communities, inspired by writer Sita Brahmachari's and illustrator Jane Ray's experiences as artists-in-residence at the Islington Centre for Refugees and Migrants.

For young readers age 7 and up.

Swallow's Kiss is part of the 10 Stories to Make a Difference collection: ten original illustrated stories for young readers, all inspired by the theme of Difference. The collection features a mix of well-known and emerging writers and illustrators, giving a platform to untold stories and diverse new voices. Proceeds from sales supports Pop Up's work in deprived schools, marginalised communities, and with talented aspiring and emerging writers and illustrators.
