We are looking for a part-time bookseller at the Children’s Bookshop, with a view to start in January 2026.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a prestigious, award-winning independent community bookshop, and work at the heart of children's literature. The ideal candidate will:
· Have a love of children’s books - and an ongoing thirst for reading
· Be comfortable learning new computer systems
· Thrive in a small team
· Enjoy working with children
This is a part-time position (4 days a week, 9-6pm, including on average two Saturdays a month). It will be primarily based in the bookshop, but will also involve staffing events in schools or external locations.
